Although FEs are cross-trained as Aircrew-Specs (ACS), they are not ACS. They don't replace ACS. The only reason why a chinook needs FE during flight is because chinooks have a faulty hydraulic system and may give problem during flight. anyone know abt joining the navy or airforce or army when u are 17 through the dun neo what JOINT POLYTHENIC-SAF-Diploma scheme(JPSDS)????
need some advice here......is it good??? i mean i can get paid up to 1000 dollars monthly juz by joining it and when studying at poly.....but then what will happen when i got my diploma le???go BMT then wat???stucked at those post(naval specialist,air force specialist ETC.) for years more than a normal NS serving???
and if i cancel that course halfway will i need to pay money or wat???
but i find it quite linked to what i wanna do next time leh.....ok if i cant build or design weapons for singapore...but at least i can have a touch of them like when servicing the weapons or maintain it..... -

1day of NS = 2 days as a regular
if u choose to quit, u pay back whatever you owe which is alot of money. -
Neo i am in Aeronautical year 1 too taking CEM as well....hmm basically there are 2 routes towards an aircraft engineer....LAEs which would be more of the hands on engineers and GEs,the graduate engineers(uni students) who would do more of the research stuff and designing stuff....Well enter aeronaut dont need scared no gals cause basically there are not many girls in the first place...want know girls dont have to be same class as em,if u know how,naturally u will know girls from other departments....well,it aint hard but it aint gonna be easy if u dont study lolz....
