Have you ever wondered that he may be waiting for you to make the first move?
Weird as it may seem... most of us are actually playing this waiting game...
I have a guy fren. He is very popular with girls. But, he never makes the first move. He will come in and out of my life. When he starts appearing before me, I know for sure that he has broken up with his gf. When he starts disappearing from my life again, i know he has found himself a new gf again.
During the times that we spent together after his breakup, i asked him how come he is always meeting me instead of other girls. His reply to me was that he doesn't have close female frens. Hmm... Then, after intense period of meeting, he will distanced himself from me.
Puzzled by his behaviour, I asked him one day after he got himself another gf again, :"how come you never considered me to be your gf as we know each other so well?" His reply was: "Coz you never asked me!" He also mentioned that if he starts to fall in love with someone, he will try to control himself by distancing himself from her. Hmm...
So, there are some guys in this world, who actually are waiting for girls to make the first move.
If you really like him, and feel that he is the one for you, why dun you make the first move? Friendships should be able to withstand that little risk that you are taking coz you both have shared a bond.

Look, if a guy likes you enough, he will make the move to let you know his feelings.
The fact that he is holding back and keeps looking for other girls means he is not interested enough. As simple as that.
I think we girls should just keep some dignity to ourselves and stop bothering ourselves thinking about this kinda guys who don't even have the courage to voice out their feelings. One day when they are interested enough, they will let you know by asking you out, etc. Until then, just treat him as a friend. Don't be too nice to him by running over to help him everytime he asks for help. Otherwise he will get used to your companionship and start seeing you as one of his male buddies instead. -

Stay away means you cannot handle them. But it also be a good sifting process. Narrow down your choices and concentrate your time on people who deserve your time.

I do believe that girls can make the first move by confessing to guys that they like, instead of guys always making the first move.
Of coz, that will depend on the sincerity of the parties involved.
Thanks for your advices, M©+square and Magnus, I still treat my friend as a good friend and din think of telling him that i like him as I can't sense sincerity in him and that I don't see a future with him.
So, that explains why I am still single!
But, I do believe that there are guys out there who are really shy, and are waiting for girls to confess. If they are sincere enough, I do think it is worthwhile for girls to make the first move.
In this case, its up to the threadstarter to determine, first of all, does she have feelings for her fren? and secondly, does she think that he is sincere at all?

guy 1 just contacted me again today after a long one month vaccumn and says he has exams or smt coming in like a few days..i just realised he always like to look for me when his exams dates draw very near..i dun understand why..it's not like he has nothin better to do since he's the hardworking n kiasu kind when it comes to studies n it's not like he's lookin for help in revision since we r not frm the same sch..wat does he want?someone to comfort him n soothe his exam blues?but he nvr mentioned any difficulties either..can nvr figure him out...
