Cos currently, I am on attatchment from 830 to 6 in the eve. I have to sit the whole day at the office. Hence, there is no chance to exercise. After work, it is also too late to go jogging or cycling etc. because my workplace is an hour's bus ride from home.
I'm worried that the situation will not get better or even get worse
On weekends, I try to go jogging,cycling or play soccer. Is there anyway to push in more sports or excercise activities into such a work schedule?
Also, any recommendations on eating habits or diets? Currently, I take 3 meals a day. I didnt skip any meals. I take bread,egg and milk for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, it is rice,vege and meat and some fruits. Admittedly, I do pop in some chocalates or bottled fruit juice.
Advice would be appreciated!

Although, chocs........hai.........very hard but will try. Somemore, my house still have 1 box of ferrero roche and a few pieces of moi cherri chocalate. If eat chocs during day time, will it still be fattening? i mean eat 2 or 3 pieces a day, not 1 box.
