the chocs which r lying ard in ur house, give them to ur family members or frens to eat. if u see it lying ard, u will feel like eating it. & dun go to the supermarket to replenish ur stocks of chocs hor.

try choosing foods wif a lower fat content eg low-fat milk.
remove the skin on meats, no deep fried foods, try taking plain water instead of bottled juices or soft drinks.
lastly dun let urself get too hungry bcos once u feel very hungry, u will automatically aim for high-sugar foods like chocs & soft drinks & oso u will tend to eat more at ur next meal. the reason being ur body is low on glucose(energy) so u crave for sugary foods to replace the glucose. if u can, try to have smaller meals spread throughout the day.
