i met him 3 yrs ago, he's my then best frd's brother.
things got well.. the msn-ing, phoning.. meetin up and all.. we got together but i broke up with him 4 mths down the road. i was his first love.
3 years on, he sms-es me.. talk to me online and phones me. probably repeat of history.. but it stops dere. thing is.. he comes and goes.. he's AMBIGIOUS. as in.. sometimes he treats me as a frd, sometimes more than tat, sometimes less than a frd, sometimes asks me out, sometimes disappears for days then out of a sudden sms-es me and the circle starts again. he would say things like, "rmb 3 yrs ago.............." and all the sweet memories come gushing back then after awhile he would disappear, no sms-es, no nothing and treat me 'coldly'. then he asked me out. i dunno if i should meet him, firstly becos i put on 15kgs since i last met him, i dun wanna freak him out. secondly, wad if he wants to take 'revenge' or is jus tryin to be funny? if i should meet him, i wanna impress the guy.. hw should i do it? hw should i talk, body language.. etc? or should i nt meet him at all???
when he calls me we'd talk till wee hrs in the mornin kinda thing.. u noe wad i mean.. -
Go out in a group maybe wif your friend if u really want to see him...
But try to find out wats his intention first.. But Sounds like a normal case of mind games to me.. like making use of u

dont think you should meet him... if you do wanna see him, dont let your guard down... i.e. dont fall for him again!!! just treat him as friend and nothing else.
i dont wanna sound mean but... he's probably just exploiting the situation... sounds to me he just wants to play mind games with you... some guys do that.. they just flirt with you without meaning it. an ego-boast. -

He might have gained 50kg...
Anyway, if he chooses you for looks... I believe it is good that you come to realise he's so shallow.

thing is.. he actually remembers every lil detail bout the time when we were together.. everythin bout me and says things like "i promise to dere.. whenever u need me.. blah blah......". and i thought it's pretty sweet and most guys wont do tat given the long period of time we've nt met each other right? if he wanted to play mind games, why me? besides, he's got lots of girls likin him and i noe dat frm a mutual frd..
i wouldnt mind goin out in groups but i dun really noe his frds and he dosent noe mine. -

being able to remember every single detail of the things that have happed between u and him is actually something which is expected for someone who is giving in real feelings to the relationship, just that other guys doesn't, it just makes him look merticulous that's all, dun dwell on it too much..it doesn't pay to give him anymore chance...

i broke up with him on impulse. huge argument, it just slipped my mouth. happened on 31 dec 2002 he avoided me for awhile.. but we've been sms-ing since last yr and recently, the calls and all tat. now he's doing the disappearing act. but i predict he'd sms me later somehow..

First get the fact straight. If you really have some feelings for him then go ahead and meet him and work something out.
If yourself cannot any feelings for him in your heart then let him go.
No point putting so much effort and hurting yourself in the process...

I can't figure out if this guy shows you erratic attention because treats you as a casual friend of average importance, or if he's doing it to keep you interested, or if he's just keeping you hanging on "on reserve / spare tyre".... or if you're just over-sensitive.
I do suspect however that this boy's a player and if you wanna play, you better make sure you're in his league and can afford to lose. -
