thing is, i dun even dare meet him. wad if he gets turned off with my weight gain? no, dun tell me guys like dat i nt worth it cos i cant help myself liking him. it's terrible to love someone but yet dunno if they feel the same...

yea i lost like 10kg in a month's time with low carb diet. do proper research and follow the guidelines. low carb is not just about throwing away all carbs and eating only fats and protein,it's really more than that.veges are very important in the diet.
