  Hmm....i'd suggest the outing to be less focused on singles.
  Those hesistating might be worried for being labelled as a despo, hence the poor response.
  We know very well that this forums is extremely weak(!) in open-minded/taboo issues, let alone a singles outing.
  
  change the agenda of this outing?

  Actually had normal outings before mah... This "SINGLES' OUTING" is REQUESTED by them!!
