i got my ITE application..need to drop down on the 4th of april
now...i am thinking
later i got badminton meeting at 12
i had a bao and tea for breakfast..around 8 am...
should i eat a proper breakfast at 11 and eat again after the badminton...
or should i eat after my badminton is over?

You should have a light bite at 11 before playing. At least it keeps your tummy full. Badminton involves fast activity, & burns up alot of energy (No wonder badminton players are mostly very sui jia!), & you'll be famished after the game if you don't eat 1st!

So basically, you have 2 months free until the start of school? Maybe you could make use of the time to do some Sec 4 revision also, in preparation for the re-taking of your O's?
