Need advice on martial problem

Hi to alls, wonder if anyone fo u can help recommend any solicitor or lawyer that handle divorce or separation cases. do recommend to me asap.
I am married for less than a year n yet i suffered so much burdens on my shoulder n also worry constantly abt my husband two-timing or seek another extra marital relationship outside. i can't take it anymore n want out of the marriage. i also dunno if i shd give up my son (only 9 mths) to him or take him away n bring him up single-handed. please do advise. -

less than one year only thinking of divorce? have you consider counselling or other methods? there must be a reason why you are married in the first place right?

Let him 2 time you and don't try to catch him will certainly help the situation. Less than a year is too little time to adjust. Got married cos of shotgun n besdies i din know him very well, only knew him at most for 2-3 months but then got shotgun unexpectedly n then during my pregnancy, he hit n beat me up whenever he lost temper n also he tried to pester my own blood sister for sex n even pestered my close friend for sex too.... i found out when they complained to me many months ago.. then he used my name to apply for phones line n buy hire-purchases things from courts. n then defaulted on payments. now the billing organsisations are chasing me for payment.. n i am feeling very frustrated n even quarrelled with him so many times that he even hit me again. imagine when u n yr wife are quarrelling, do it give u any right to stab yr own unborn baby in yr wife's tummy....i can't take it anymore so i want out of marriage.. yes he did seek forgiveness n promised to stop smsin other for sex n pay up for his monthly payment but HE DIN n BROKE PROMIses so many times that i lose my faith in him, -
he wont be a responsible father..best u keep the son. Get the court to make him pay alimony/maintenanc to aid you in your son's upbringing.

no how to make the police report when he first hit me just after ROM n i was five month pregnant. after that, he constantly hit or used any objects like knife or bag or bare hand to beat me. i really very hurt inside whenever i think of how he treated me for the past 13 months.

From what I understand, they will need your IC and signature for both phone lines and hire-purchase. They cannot approve if it was signed on behalf. If you didn't sign on those, they are not supposed to go ahead with the processing. Anyway, if he abuses you, you should at least make a police report.

find someone who u can talk to, seek professional help if need to. -
If what you say is true I also want to divorce him as soon as possible.... give up your kid for adoption. My ex class mate was adopted and went on to get a PHD and is now an associate professor. If you earn very little you can get free legal aid. Or you can do it yourself with the help from those free lawyers on how to go about doing it. Go to the high court and ask the civil registry for the forms... you don't sound like you have lots of property to divide and only the child is the issue... so I think you can do it yourself.

It's quite unlikely that he should be able to apply for phone lines and buy hire-purchases from courts? Does he has your approvals? Did you sign anything in the process? If you didn't, don't think you should be responsible to pay up for anything. You can go to any lawyer to have your divorce done. Are you working? Are you working much for your income? Sad to add, but pls give your child a life. Since you've already birth to the baby and he's your flesh and blood, do NOT forsake him NOW. Can you imagine how would you feel that you're a forsaken child where everybody has given up on you, only born of mistake? Can you imagine giving your flesh to a father like that? It could be sending your kid to a condemned life? Unless he's really keen in having and taking care of the child, and you on the other hand is totally uninterested and just wish to start your life afresh... That would be a different story altogether...
Meanwhile, you can try going to the Legal Aid for advices and recommendation of lawyer for your proceedings... At the same time, pls remember to apply for PPO asap. Stay CLEAR from him as far as you can since you know this guy can be highly violent. -

1) Although she didn't know him well, she could have loved him and done something stupid. Just because she had pre-marital sex does not make her a slut
2) She made a mistake and she is being responsible for her actions. By getting married and taking the responsibility of the child and not aborting because of her mistake is something you have to give her credit for. How is she to know that he will get abusive on her and that instead of happily ever after, it will turn out to be a nightmare. -

I think i am really a frog in the well.. cos i never heard of frong in the well... anyway.. i am saying that both party is to blame.. cant be some gal came in here..post some stories and all try to sympathise.. to me.. the root of the problem is if she has taken precautions..all these things wont happen... if she can have shotgun before marriage..what makes her so innocent that all must sympathise with her for the wrong she ahs done too? It's up to people to sympathise with her anyway.
You can apply for a phoneline or even Courts hire purchase plan if you have friends working for those companies and they do it for you because you are a friend.
Not supposed to and they will likely get into deep shit if that is really the case.
