How do you check or know if your gf is cheating on you...?

hi, recently i sense that she is seeing someone else but i have no evidence jus feel.. she clears her msg in her phone all the time which leads to my suspicions.. and there are some numbers that are not in her phone book.. sometimes calling at mid-night..
previously her meetings with her ex who lives near her place was exposed by my fren.. who saw them being intimate at a coffee shop.. i confronted her and she half-confessed.. prompting me with questions (time, place.. etc).. i have half given hope on her..
recently.. she will walk orchard or visit the library alone.. to wat i know.. which i think otherwise.. maybe meetin up with someone or lookin out for new ones..
advise me @@.. there is not much trust from her and she dun give my much security.. hope do i get more trust from her? how to make me stop feeling this way? -

its been 1 yr plus.. only recent weeks she did that..
she wans 100% attention from me.. but on the other hand.. i dun get that from her.. this had been talked about but nothing came back .. -

i dont see the point..y stay in a relationship if u r not happy urself...well..mayb..if u breakup with her..would u b happier..mayb u will feel a sense of relieved..or..u might just regret ur decision..but by then..its all too late..many a time in life we only get 1 chance...if we make a wrong decision..u have to live with it..besides..its ur choice..nobody noes it better than u..and..u had,had her for so long..y r u giving her up now...well..she might b sick of u..or mayb its just u thinking too much..why not spend more time to observe...its better to play safe..if shes really cheating u..well..would it b too late to break up with her then? besides.. if she really is sick of u..wouldnt she initiate a breakup..so..just wait and see..
