Where and how to raise S$20,000 in a week?

Anyone knows where I can get a loan or any other ways to raise S$20,000 in two weeks?
Only legal means please.. -

why not try borrowing from family?
dont borrow from sharks or "legalised shark" -
I have my own reasons for not borrowing from family, that's why I'm looking elsewhere...

I'm currently in a situation where I need to clear off some liabilities for a biz before selling it off. Reason being, no one will buy a biz with liabilities.
I'm not on very good terms with my family and they are already burden with other financial needs and I won't want to load them with more stress. -

so what kind of colletral do you have? if you want a legal loan. you have to put somethg on the line as mortgage.

It's tough leh. Borrowing from friends is the easiest, assuming you have alot of friends lah, borrow from each $500-$1k and you'll get $20k fast. Otherwise, you need to borrow from the bank. Unless you're working as a cash rich job then maybe you can ask for advance pay from the boss, that is if your salary is high lah, if salary only $800, how to ask for 2 years pay in advance. Other way is to sell your stuff away lor, any jewelry stuff like that, but honestly lah, why do you need so much money in such a short time. If you want to raise so much money in such a short time, most of the means are at a major disadvantage to you because to build wealth you need patience and brains, doing it too rush will not be much good.

go to post office and applied for ezycash, you can have $8000 on a 1.6% interest. better yet, get your family to tag along and you can have that many time. go read their fineprints hor.
