  Bank u need to go thru all the hassles of forms.. n confirmation.. ours is fast n easy.. IC.. Passport... sign a few papers... n u get ur money within a day of the process.

  only problem is that if the business is not a company but a sole proprietorship. even if it is a company, threadstarter might have granted personal guarantees to banks for certain financing and winding the company up may not be a good idea.
