Get married liao then further education?

Hmm.. I'm 20 this yr.. very in love with my bf.. Then i have this silly idea of getting married 1st, then continue my uni education... Brought up this topic 2 my mum..
Mum: where got ppl with married status continue 2 be a student 1?
Me: where don't have? why cannot?
Mum: u want u go lor, the guy support u, we don't have 2 worry abt your expenses lor, even better ar!
So, does that mean she's ok with it? haha.. i'm intending 2 do a 4 yr degree programme at NIE.. sch fees fully paid, got allowance for 1st 2 yrs (if get accepted lar.. the interview is 3rd May). Discussed this issue with my bf, n he's for the idea.. he's like "if your parents ok, i ok" he's intending 2 sign on officer in air force if he gets accepted lar..
k la, i know it's still to early 2 say, coz it's not confirmed whether i'll get accepted by NIE & he'll get accepted by air force la.. but i juz want some opinion on whether this will work out.. i really miss him a lot until i want 2 spend every single second with him. The reason i wanna be with him 1st is bcoz i dun wanna find myself missing him in the middle of the nite, while doing my homework.. haha.. then affect my performance...
should i bring this topic up 2 my parents, like, in a serious manner? -
for you nothing to lose bah although so young, but even if break up later you also got extra benefits. go ahead lor. the problem is what you wanna do, even if you never get married also can what............

r u sure abt ur relationship wif ur bf is strong enuff 4 marriage? is he ready for commitment? did he suggest to u? for guys, most can say get married early but then go army liao all the problem hits... ur parent is not convinced yet so better study first, wait for ur bf to stablise his career then get married... no need to rush...

secondly you can go ahead and get married lah. even if things don;t work out also you will stand to benefit from the alimony. -

if u deliver a baby before 25, ur baby will :
1. live longer, a.k.a can live up to old old
2. healthier, a.k.a not easy to get sick

If your partner and you willing to settle down, go for it. There's nothing wrong with education after marriage. In fact, tell your mom that most peeps have some form of further education to better themselves for future prospects all the time nowadays.
Seriously, go for it, if there's the path you like to follow. -

if need to have own career to protect oneself just in case hubby cannot support u , then dun marry -
both my bro and sis-in-law went to study for their master after they got rom..living together liao that time

There were many couples in my class here who have gotten married but they are still studying..so I guess it should be possible. Some of them already have kids too! So basically it is up to you, whether you can handle all the responsibilities and still concentrate on your studies
For me, I would prefer to wait until both parties have finished studies though, and when we both already have a stable job...at least there will be a stable foundation when the marriage happens

well good luck but what if you have a child? you cant possibly bring him/her up when you're studying right? unless your mom's willing to babysit..
make sure you're secure in the relationship before doing anything hasty yea.. good luck.

Why don't u wait till 21 or 22, then u don't need parental consent.
In the meantime, u can both start saving for a simple wedding/ flat.
Make sure both of u are financially ok cos a lot of marriages break up due to money problems. -

Quite curious why you wan to get married so early? You said you were influenced by your parents...but situation now is kinda different...because of the increasing living cost etc...
