yup actually im a lil bit interested la. bt i somehow find these signs kinda confusing in a sense tt he rarely calls.. n like i said, he smses only once a day and after tht its followed by no replies at all.. which led to me thinkin whether he's juz being nice? -

He is not ready for a relationship. He is not able to have a relationship. There are other priorities in his life. He is still making up his mind. He is too young.
So if you want him to make a move, then test him. Since you are frens, then tell him there is a boy who likes you.... but you are not sure. Better be a real case, I am sure there must be other boys who likes you.
If he really likes you but he cannot, not able, do not want a relationship now... then he will have to give you his blessings.
If you can wait for him, do but since both are not committed, wait for him but keep an eye out for another.... -

hey im in somewhat e same position as ya.. he brings me to posh places for "a drink".. we talk online and sms everyday. and it dosent stop at 1 sms. but he dosent sms me gd nite, only gd morning
when im at work and go online he will stay dere and talk tome for 4-5 hours although he's at home after class...
but sometimes we talk bout crap and he will keep bringing up guy names who he thinks like me or wadever... to purposely disturb me la
and when i say i want chocs frm a particular place he will ask me where and wad level to find tat shop..
he bought me a pressie for my bday but ive yet to meet him to get it so i dunno wad it is
he's very concern bout me and rmbs things i say casually like "tmr ive got dinner wif e girls" or "mum's comin back next thurs" then next day he'll sms me and ask how was dinner and the sms-es start frm dere.....
he calls me "pretty thing" once in a while.. says protective things to me.. it's very confusing... how do u tell if he really likes u or maybe he does it to all his gal pals? maybe he's just being gentlemenly??

This, coming from the point of view from that guy's perspective. After so long wooing this gal, i thought she just wanna remain good friends cos she never show any signs or hints. And i had to find out later that she actually has feelings for me. What to do, i already lost feelings for her so no point pursuing. -

to all that have responded, ive read ur posts, thanks! oh and blackchickenahkai, im a girl.
the main difference b/w my situation and nullifi3d's is that i am unsure whether he's interested or not (fr the way he does things.) cos like i said, his msgs and the way he speaks doesnt sound like hes interested.. plus he has nvr confessed or whatsoever.. so i dont wanna be so rash? i dunno whether he treats all his females friends like that you see..
i baked some cookies and gave them to him ytd. is that a big enough hint? lol. he sent me an sms that it was really sweet of me.. after which i replied him (mind you, its not those one liners kinda msg.. ) after tat, i got no reply lor.. as usual (like the rest of the time)...
its like the signs are really hard to read.. so im quite puzzled myself -
