Not all Singaporean men are like that. I've met quite a few who don't do any of the above.. including my fiance.
Maybe it's time to think about identifying what attracts these sort of men to u.. and changing your lifestyle/habits accordingly.. It's probably gonna take some time for u to change to attract the kind of guys u're looking for, but I'm sure u'll agree it's more than worth it.

I am very sure that I am a decent gal, even my friends say so. I am asking not because only those I attract are like that but my colleagues, friends, friends' boyfriends and even my relatives are almost the same.

if you are one of those girl who think love is equivalent to bread, get out of your fantasy world. You realise you cannot do without love, you also realise you cannot do without money. No matter how small the role of money in your life is, you cannot do without it.
Love is like oxygen in the air, and money is the atmospheric nitrogen that dilutes the oxygen. Yes, you need oxygen for the metabolic processes in your body, so that you can live, but without the nitrogen diluting the oxygen, you cannot survive the environment. Pure oxygen will react vigorously with your body skin and body fluid. You will die from atmospheric oxidation if there is no nitrogen diluting the air.
You realise that atmospheric nitrogen plays little role in your life. It does not interfere or affect your choices or actions directly. But you cannot live without nitrogen.
