I tendered my resignation letter a few days ago and now it seems like everyone in my department is treating me differently......not forwarded mails to me, not mails c.c to me....no eye contact, bo hiew me.....haiz...

it's human nature.
In such society, everyone has a few true friends, which the relationship is real friendship.
And everyone has alot of fake friends that we make use of each other. We bother talk to each other, bother to go out have lunch together, bother to pretend to be friends because somehow we need each other's help. Since you are working with them, you are of some use to them, since you are going to leave, you wont help them in anyway, no way they can make use of you. When you see them in future, it's considered good if they care to "hi,bye" you. -

Life is cruel in working life, got value then be friends. Sometimes I felt like a soldier, have to be alert everytime in whatever I did. To those who are still study, treasure every min you have in the school.

when i was there we went for short trips, had reunion dinner, celebrated festivities together, went for big-walks, played mahjong, go out at least 2-3 times a week.

Don't worry, times fly. I usually saved my leave for such rainy days. You can leave early wit your leave offset or just buy over yourself.

Usually, I will clear my leave and go for a tour. That's the time I really feel relax as I don't have to worry about my job. At the same time it clear my head, gives me a better vision of what I want and a review of what I had done wrong in my previous job and room for improvement in my new job.
