He advise me it's ok to hire him to wash toilet all these but no other work that involves money.
my partner also my good buddy says he totally disapprove a malay to be an accountant even though he asking pay is not high.
My partner disapprove cuz first they are lazy, secondly they are dishonest......though I have the final say but I don't want because of a stupid worker spoilt our friendship
will hire him to wash toilet and cleaning service cuz he needs money for his family of 1 wife and 4 kids.

If the guy has applied for work as an accountant, you wouldnt offer a cleaner job to him right? Thus, i believe the malay guy might be a friend (though not close) to both THG and his friend, whom is still considering whether to employ him due to his urgent need for a job.

If got 2 applicants, one malay and one chinese and end up i choose the chinese, does that mean that i am contravening any Act or any law? I must give a valid reason as to why I choose one over another in order to proof that I am not discriminating.

From now on I will see you as some racist twit who excels at inflaming others. And to those who would defend his actions, I have this to say: I don't give a damn asswipe as to whether he broke the law or not. Sure, you may have to make a choice between a Malay and a Chinese job accountant. But if your selection criteria entails race ONLY, on the so-called premise that Malays are supposedly 'lazy' and 'good for washing the toilet only', then that's wrong, period.
You can have your freedom of choice. But if you make your choice based on such bigoted viewpoints, then I will not hesitate in condemning you.
What I do hope is that everyone knows that for every troll like THG and his prick-for-a-friend, there are many other far more responsible managers out there who don't enact such bigoted policies. I am indeed heartened to see so many people here who would not stand for such bigotry. And I do hope there will be more and more people who will stand together against racism.
And may his misbegotten company get discovered by the authorities for implementing such policies and get blacklisted someday.
