Class tee refund, need advice

i recently went to a shop in queensway to get our class tshirt done. zz the printer got ALL the sizes wrong, and kinda screwed up the design. is it possible for me to get a full refund? i went there the other day, but he said we could get only 1/2 refund, or he could reprint all the tshirts. please advice, very troubled by this incident.

Unless you're willing to forfeit half the amount, get the reprint.

In any case, if you're afraid things might mess up again.. Try to think of other alternatives at this point...
Take our advice 1st? If things don't work out then come back to us again...?

Just take the reprint. Repeat your instructions with the warning that should they screw up again, you'll be going down to CASE.
That ought to make them sit up straight and do the job right. -
Once sold non refundable. Standard policy as it is very troublesome(for the records) to do a refund. Unless u're going to fork out ur own money to reimburse the loss.

I believe Reprint is the best choice for you. But state your stand over the reprint standard and if they screw it up again, you're going to ask for Full Refund or settle at CASE

always check and specify ur designs and sizes properly before even allowing them to print. -

Hmm most importantly must find out.. WHY the guy didnt use ur design properly. Is it because the colours you used or the lineworks in your design could not translate properly to the Tshirt?

we wanted a refund as he did not follow the instructions we gave him. he promised to enlarge our design(a sword) and colour the hilt and all that. but the design was still of the same size, which is kinda small for a shirt. the colours? he mixed them up and now the sword looks weird lol. btw, if i complain to CASE confirm can get full refund? thanks to all!Originally posted by ShrodingersCat:Hmm most importantly must find out.. if they really really want to chup into this matter and asked the shop to refnd you all. u really have to wait for a nong nong time... -
For the first case of enlarging the design - did he give u any reason why he didnt enlarge it? For the colours, yah, it is very frustrating. I suggest if you want a reprint, to be present on the spot to give go ahead. It is very unlikely you will get a full refund but you can try to do more quality control this time around ba.
(I printed tshirts with colours that RAN when it rained. It was really difficult to get them back from my participants but the company I did it with insisted on a one to one exchange instead of ... say giving me a percentage of the total number ordered. Very difficult for me to ask my 'clients' to come back once to return the shirt... then second time to collect new shirt. So in the end just gave up after arguing with salesperson) -
1st of all, it's their fault that they didn't get it right it the 1st place. Why should they be given a 2nd chance?
Customer should have the right not to proceed again...
