For the colours, yah, it is very frustrating. I suggest if you want a reprint, to be present on the spot to give go ahead. It is very unlikely you will get a full refund but you can try to do more quality control this time around ba.
(I printed tshirts with colours that RAN when it rained. It was really difficult to get them back from my participants but the company I did it with insisted on a one to one exchange instead of ... say giving me a percentage of the total number ordered. Very difficult for me to ask my 'clients' to come back once to return the shirt... then second time to collect new shirt. So in the end just gave up after arguing with salesperson)
nope, no reason leh. he agreed to enlarging it, but did not do it. colours arh, we confirmed with him before. he even wrote down the details. very sian man, they didnt even apologise to us, they act as if they have done nothing wrong zzz.
