yes... you may think that before you need to know what true love is, you got to go and try it first but have you tot that this concern about feeling... i do not wish to see either the boy or gal get hurt or do anything "silly" at this age...
therefore, he did the right thing by coming here to consult so i just telling him to think twice before getting involve in a relationship...

u cant do anything,cant get married,cant have babies,cant have family or cant have anything
then only can go dating summore long term dating is gonna burn alot of money....who noes someday u found a more ideal person and all of the time and effort invested had gone to a waste

sommore u still young having stead so young will somehow isolate you from other girls..... so from experience is best not to have stead first,know more female friends as u move on in life them make the final decision on which girl is the best for you
