If it's only marrying a girl, why not? I'm sure alot of girls would do it if they get a portion in return as it is only a transaction. Especially since it is such a ridiculous clause to begin with. What was his grandfather thinking?

A has a grandfather who recently passed away lah, think 6 mths ago? Then on the death will, A's grandfather left a sum of US$1 million for A.

A is still now single, and he has no luck with girls for the past few years despite his efforts in wooing. So somehow there maybe a problem to get married at age of 26.
So what should A do? Should he just anyhow get a girl to get married for the sake of money then divorce? or should he remain single until he met his true love (which maybe too late??)?
The money will go to charity if A is still not married by age of 26.what will you do?
But seriously if not married by then, so be it. He did not gain anything, but he did not lose much either. Besides the $$$ going to charity is a good cause. But your friend should NOT get obsessed in getting married within the next 2 yrs simply for the inheritance. It will not do him any good. Your friends have 2 yrs to think abt it. Do think carefully. -
Best still , get a China Bride , give birth to the Kid and send the bride home if U not happy about her.
With $$$ you can find your other maidens. Of coz this is the real world and not a storybook. People don't live happily everafter without $$. -

U're wrong, love and money are not too different.
If u put in effort and care, love can become stronger and money could grow, making ur life even better.
But if u take things for granted, love will fade and be lost just like your money. -
I don't believe in marrying for money. I think your friend should just try to lead a normal life as much as possible and let nature take its course. Should he really meet a girl whom he likes and who reciprocates his feelings, he should observe very carefully before committing himself and telling her about the money.
