  "I can't even cope with my present life ( financially ), what's more to think about the future." What does he really imply?? Or am I too sensitive?? Pls help..

  boyfriend lah..had a small talk..indirectly talking about our future..then he said his business not doing good..intending to let it go to his friend..then talking about his cpf all that..when he popped out this sentence..

  I think he could be feeling insecure about providing for your(as in both of you) future? If this is a serious relationship in which you really see a future in, I suppose it's time you did your duty as a girlfriend and provide him with the support - emotional support, financial support(I suppose reassuring him he wouldn't be shouldering his financial burdens alone would help alleviate his worries somewhat), whatever it takes - he needs at this point in time...

  Always try to have a conversation with the subject , to understand more. Speculating does not help at all , especially from 3rd party who isn't even at all concerned or responsible at all.

  i think ur bf needs ur support at this period of time as he's in a tight situation financially. try offering him ideas or solutions whenever there's a chance to.
