I once went out on a horrible date. She was the one talking for most of the time and I kept largely mum throughout. I wanted to slap myself for being so quite, at times I felt so awkward and I was worried that I might be an uninteresting bore. I listened to her whine the whole night long, just interrupting her monologue to say "Yeah", "Mhm" and "Aww it's going to be alright" before I sent her home.
To my sincere surprise while I was in the cab she messaged me thanking how our time together had been really one of those cool nights for her
So yeah, if she's into you, I doubt she would find you boring, even if you see yourself as dull.
Let the girl talk. Girls can go on the whole night if you let them. Just listen and try to stay awake, and try to fake being deep by staring into her eyes and nodding seriously even if you have no idea what the hell she is blabbering about. Stroke her hair for added effect. Only converse when she asks a question.

Actually, I never really had a gf in my life but I think this trick might work. Girls (or women) in general likes to talk about people.
Try to get her started on someone she disliked in her school, workplace or whatever something like that. And just listen to her talk on and on about it.
But of course, you must pay attention and give some replies. Do not keep mum throughout. This is just what I think. -

Ask her what are her hobbies or what she does when she is free. If nothing else works, try one last trick. Ask her abt her past r/s if any and talk abt them. Why she likes her bf and such?
