The problem here is a bit of "expectation" vs "reality".
Maybe what you're expecting is more of what you see in books or movies, or even through your friends.
Reality however, shows a girl who always wear collar shirts and doesn't allow you to hold her hand, even after 2 months.
2 months may sound long, but if you bookout only on weekends, its at most 8-10 meetings max.
Foreign or not, i believe she could be just shy. Give it some time and take it slow, not every girl is alike.

All I wants to say is, she's my first foreign gf, I accept her because we can get along well, many things to talk about.
