How to win a gal's heart?

Already crossing the line to late 20s and still never had gf before. Recently got to know a gal who looks interested, can chat with me and willing to go out.
But how do i win her heart? What should guys do to "chase" a gal? I have totally no experience. How to progress from friends to bf/gf? -
Just do what u think is right. It will naturally fall in place, if its meant to be.

U cannot just go out with her, talk to her, eat dinner, watch movie, and expect anything 2 happen.
Find out her likes, dislikes etc. For instance, if u know she likes a certain brand of chocolate, go buy for her, no matter the distance. In fact, the further the place from ur house/work place, the better, because u are showing her that u are doing it for her.
Then try 2 find out wat kind of guys she likes. If u think the person she describes sounds a little like u, then go for it.
And i think its true what some people say, that gals like guys with humour. Say some cold jokes, lame jokes etc, make her laugh.
Ultimately, and most importantly, u must find the right time to confess to her. Because if a guy and a gal know each other for quite some time liao, it will reach the stage where she will just view u as a friend, and worst, buddy.

i watch dat guess guess guess one of the contestant had some war reporter chasing her, risked his life going through minefield, got shot and got a gem from wartorn country overseas, made it into a ring for her. in the end, health got affected. dunnoe real anot.
but she chose someone else who could make her laugh. wu zhong xian asked her whether she touched by that act anot, she calmly say, "no." and used it to brag on show instead.

But time goes by, you ask her out, dun be sad if she rejects it -
be sincere and polite.
don't show her your disgusting habits esp in public. e.g bite yr fingernails, pick yr nose, scratch leg.
be at your best appearance. Don't dress sloppily.
don't try to act cool. -

it's sad but true lor.. especially if you intend to woo a woman who is financially stable and with a stable career. Now that many girls are highly educated, their thinking differ from girls in the past. No money can't hardly survive seriously speaking. But I'm sure smart financially stable guys with high paper qualications will also want to marry a wife who has about the same paper qualifications mah. But of course when the girl marries the guy she'll make sure he's the one whom she is able to spent the rest of her life with, have trust and stable also mah.
