There is just no way of being spontaneous...or going with the flow - which is destruction.
In r/s, it's NOT all about what i've mentioned. I hope this is clear.
In some case. Self reflection and counting costs are good practices.
Of course, there are people who pour everything out. For these people i found are more prone to troubles of the heart.
