You can't force yourself into a proper relationship if you're not ready. Noone can stop you from playing around if you don't want to get tied down.
I think you should just go with your heart and get to know more girls. But keep the relationships light - no commitments, no promises, no strings attached. Just find girls who are OK with this arrangement, like the girl from MSN.
As for your current 18/19 year old girlfriend, if she's too possessive I suggest you break up with her.
