Anyway I 2nded the idea. One good way is to get yourself involved too, not by playing or such. You could get him to tell you about his 'adventures' in game. what fun things are in there. Let him bring you around to the memorable places in game etc. Then he will start noticing that you are still around in reallife. -

And i don't mind him playing games, but not 12 hours a day, and me having to wake him up for work ten times everyday and get an occasional hug when he is "flying" or "taking a boat" in the game.

I am just not a very game person.. can't even play Datona and bubble puzzle well... I tried to sit beside him and accompany him play, but he just gets so engrossed that he doesn't even have the attention to tell me what's going on in the game...
And when i asked him nicely, trying to find out the things in the games, he would go," Hiyo, dear, wo zai wan game lehz!!!!" (As if i can't see....

My boyfriend is stuck with WoW too... and well... now I ignore him... Guess it's time i hit the clubs and show him some colours... No hanky panky... just some late nights to get some attention.. (though i hate clubbing... ) -

Anyway what I did was to kinda compromise with each other? Like set a few days in a week when you will both have quality time with each other..like for me, Sunday is a day when he definitely has to get out from his room and away from his computer to go out with me And I compromise by letting him play the game as much as he wans on Saturday

The hunter is supposed to be the coordinator of any raid and do the main pulls. They are essential for end raids.
Why don't you play a mage instead. You have lots of survival skills (especially if you spec ice) ie. Frost Nova, Ice Block, Blink, easy to earn $, easy to move around and you get to slack in end raids I don't regret retiring my hunter to play a mage coz it's less stressful -
actually it is good if the gf doesnt play, so can help to limit her other half's addiction
i can just imagine how it wud be like if i m addicted as well...cos last time me addicted to Maple then played until dun wan to eat dinner and dun wan to go out dat kind -
Wait for WoW to have their maintance every tuesday ard 6pm until 12am or even up to wednesday also possible.
