Yea, WoW sucks ur life away, better ask him to stop before its too late, I used to play WoW for a year + and during that time i totally had no life, either i was at work or at home raiding. I had no time for my gf, friends and family and all i do is sit in front of the comp looking at pixels. My temper also grew worse as I would grow very impatient when someone talks to me while i was in the mist of raiding in game and yell at them sometimes. I finally decided to quit and sell the account away for good cos it was really sucking my life away and changing me. Blizzard claimed that it was a casual game, believe me, its not............

Apparently, I am still right about my theory.
Whatever you cannot have in reality, you would want it somehow virtually,
subconsciously.
I can chiong 12 hours a day for a character, go somewhere, do mindless whacking.
Then see my character level up. After that got online friends kena buly, I go help
by fighting the bully. The moment I see level up, I feel song!
I doubt your husband will feel song now with leveling, cos there is a level cap at 60
if I remember correctly. The thrill now, would be in killing people online and getting
the recognition about his abilities.
Then, the power to have a say in his guild, which one might be after subconsciously.
I think he will stop, when he finally feels that it's just mindless killing. But, his guild
mates would lure him back, no matter how you pull.

Perhaps you can remind him that he is getting too addicted to the game. Tell him it's an illness. Tell him he is dysfunctional. Try to bring up a brief mention about seeing a psychiatrist. Maybe that will scare him a little bit.
Also try to walk outdoors, I recommend the beach, afternoon.
About the photo......yes, maybe he is a bit insensitive. -

I had a picture of me and my husband enlarged & framed professionally to give him as one of his birthday gifts...
But it has been sitting at the corner of our room since a month ago and he keeps saying he has no time to look for a screw to hang it up, while he is at his Warcraft 12 hrs a day.
Should I remind him to hang or just keep mum about it? I reminded three times already, but think that if you like something, you would be excited to put it up as soon as you get home, right? Or at least, it wouldn't take you a month plus and three reminders?
I can't help but feel hurt about it.
Do you guys think that he doesn't like it? Or honestly, do the guys here think that it's a dumb gift?

Thanks for all your replies. Honestly, I really want to join in the fun but i really sux in games... maybe I shall try elindra's suggestion: Try play a mage instead of a hunter...
As to what some of you asked, he has a job and now he sleeps two hours a day... He plays from 6pm to 6am, wakes up at 8am and report work at 930am... Amazing right? And i have to wake him up from 8 to 830am when i myself am hurrying for work... I feel like he's my son now...
He was a very nice husband, if not i wouldn't have married him... But somehow, this gaming thingy changed him entirely... I still harboured some hopes that he would stop when he completes the stages, but alas!!!! I just found out from you guys that this is a NEVER ENDING game!!!
Just who on earth invented this??? I know it must be fun... But at least put a final stage to it? -

How can somebody sleep for only 2 hours? Can meh? Maybe he sleep again at office? I mean, one day or two days is ok, but how can anyone sustain having 2 hours of sleep for long period?
Well.....anyway, if you need to distract him, take him outdoors for a walk, maybe weekends. A beach is really great, wide open spaces and soft breeze, can see sunset too on late afternoon. A good break from staring at computer, total opposite. Hope it will help abit. -

#2: He hates town.
#3: He hates crowd.
For 5 years i just stayed home with him... He would watch SCV non stop and I was sianz... but i just watched with him and got used to it... Then as i learnt the art of watching TV at home with him, now i watch alone...
