It's good you turned to 3rd parties for advice. I have some friends who are exactly like you. I, myself, used to be like that too.
The fact is there is NO WAY she is ever going to be with you. NO WAY. She has lost her romantic interests in you already, now you are like a very good friend or 'brother' to her. She probably like you alot too, but not in the same way you like her. There is this saying in relationships that if you are trying too hard, it probably isn't going to work at all.
You should learn from the guys are are now dating her. They probably put in less than half your efforts and they GOT her, which you DIDN'T. I know these are hurtful words, but I was in your situation before.
Forget about those nonsense that people say like perservance and stuff. You are no longer in the romantic zone with her anymore, try any more harder and you u reaching the outer regions of the milkyway.
I know it is very very very very very hard, the moment she comes crying to you and your heart melts. But you should be a god darn MAN! Start dating other girls, or guys if you want. hee. SEriously, stop hanging out with her. Go do something else, date someone else. By doing that, you are showing her you are a MAN and you have PRIDE, not like a puppy doggie, sticking to her day in day out.

I dont know about you guys, maybe you have a hard time moving on becoz you have this belief that there is such a thing as soul mate, and that you have met ur soulmate which is her. So there's no way you are ever going to give up.
Life can be weird sometimes. Certain events or things led u to truely believe in something like it's ur destiny, and then suddenly, everything changed, leaving you feeling desperate and lost.
I dont really believe in such a thing as a soul mate. I think there are many girls out there who could make you a very happy man, it's just a matter of place and time. -
