SomeOne Help Me - Just break up with my bf

Hi everyone,
SOrry that my english not that good, hope everyone willing to read my story. Although it is just a normal story.
On 4 Oct 2006, my bf (now is my ex bf) msg me in the morning say he want to break up with me, he say our thinking is different. I do not what he suddenly say our thinking is different. When he msg me, i really do not know what to do. I cry when i was working. Luckily boss not around or else i dun know how to face him. Cry so loudly, heart so pain. Together with him for 3 years 7 months and 12 days, then he say our thinking is different. What shit is this. Anyone can tell me. Why why why??? why it happen to me? He is my first love, i love him so deeply, give him whatever he want. But in the end, i get what is return. He just left me like that. Only give me one reason which is thinking different. F**K
Now still thinking of him, but no use. He say we only can be friends, cannot patch back anymore. Cry Cry. No use liao. No matter how much tears i drop, he also dun even bother to care about me anymore. Last sat, i think of him so msg him, asked him what he doing. He say he going to sleep liao, just finish doing duty. I asked him whether he got new gf liao ma? He reply say got, sleeping now. I cried, he say sleeping now. Just know the girl for one week already is gf and sleeping together. Why. Why he can changed his heart so fast. Forget about our 3 years relationship in a short time. Do i mean nothing to him, am i just a tool to him, play finished then say break up. I know he break up with me because of a girl. Maybe he tired to see me anymore. Sad cry.. want to die.....
I and him seldom quarrel one, why suddenly say changed then changed. WHY?
Why a relationship will just end like this? Why a guy can change so fast? Did they ever care about how the girl will feel? Do they know they hurt the girl heart? Why guys give up on one relationship so easily? Why guys can start another relationship so fast?
Anybody can help me? I feeling like dying..........

but jia you, go out more , meet more ppl and dun jus go into a relationship just becoz someone treat u very gd when u noe each other for short time oni, as u just breakup, u might feel vulneable.

You can't return.
There's no solution for this except to find a new one or wait for your pain to heal.
When someone is turned off or loses feelings for you, the r/s will be like this.
Many guys/girls are in this predicament also. It's not only girls are the victims.

HoweverÂ… the purpose of this thread is to help you get over him right? so here's my advice on what u should do.
1) some of my friends when they broke up, they say "I'm letting go, trying to heal, but who knows he might come back to me..." pls know that that is not letting go. that is still holding on. You have to make up your mind. know that there is now 0% possibilities of you two getting together again.
2) throw away, or hide away all the little things that will remind you of the good times... i know it is impossible to hide everything, but i'm just talking about the small but powerful stuff like, the ring he bought you, the happy photos you two have taken, etc. u do not have to throw away, just keep it so u do not have to see it.
3) busy yourself. fill your life with activities, go out with your friends, take up a sports, surround yourself with ppl who loves you.
4) everytime you start to think "hmm... we used to..." "hmmm... that's where we..." " what's he doing now..." distract yourself. don't linger in the past. focus on the future.
5) pamper yourself. you deserve it. if you wanna go for a short trip, go for it.
6) be patient. getting over someone is not easy. it is not instant. you have to be patient, resist all urge to call/sms/contact him. you have to be disciplined.
and lastly. let others help you. let them cheer you up. take care.... you can PM me if you just like to talk to someone. -

for starters, why call yourself "uglypig" ?
don't think like that..
now that things have reached this stage, cry, mourn, wail, grief... then try your damnest to move on..
do the things you were doing by yourself before he came along.. go out with friends, do stuff.. try to keep your mind off the whole thing...
after a while, you will find that time does wear away the jagged edges of the hurt, and it becomes bearable...
and after more time, you will look upon this time as a memory and a lesson, a milestone in life...
most suffer multiple heartbreaks before they find someone for good...
i'm no exception, and i'm middle-aged, and still looking...
so keep up your spirits, i hope you will be well sooner rather than later, yah?

There is no need to turn back time, in fact we cherish those times from the past as part of our lives, NOT living in the past. I can tell you, your pain will not be healed ASAP, but rather gradually. You do not put a plaster over a deep cut just like that right? The initial days are very hard for you, which is why you need company to help you tide over this trying period. Get your close friends, family or even your stuff toys, cry, sleep, or whatever you can think of.
If you think this is also a good way, you can rant here all you want till it goes away.

Gal... Dun be sad... Move on in your life.. Guys changes very fast... If a guy had changed, they would not go back to the original him.. Which means that, once they had decided to break with you, they would nv have the thought of patching back.. To you, you had wanted most to patch back.. BUt to guys, they would nv let it happened... Patching back is just another chance for the guy to hurt you once more, please do not let this happen.. It would hurt yourself even more. If a guy breaks up with you because of another gal, that means that he is not worth your love.. As if he really loves you, he would not one leg step on 2 boat...
Doing silly things does not turn the time back to the past... Carry on... You would surely find a guy that is worth of your love.. But Surely Not the guy that one leg step on 2 boat...
As you go along, you would see more people, experience the outer world, getting to know more people at a later time, at this time, you can find a guy tt is worth your love and he will loves you too... It is just a matter of time.. Maybe take this relationship as an experience, having to let u see different types of guys that would or might appear in your life...
But i believe that no matter what happens, your friends will always be with you, caring and concerning about you... So no matter what, if you have any burdens or problems, find a friend to talk to... I believe that your friend would be more than willing to be a listener and give you some advice...
