It was HELL to BACKTRACK but something you can't avoid or have to FACE SOONER or LATER....

If I'm still using Lower Sec maths in NUS, what makes you think you won't use it in Upper Sec? Whether or not you will be studying engineering is not the issue here.
Your Upper Sec maths will basically be built upon the foundation that you built in Lower Sec. You will be handling more complicated concepts, but you will still have to fall back upon your basic Lower Sec maths to solve them.
You don't have your Sec 1 textbook? Then go down to Bras Basah Complex and buy a second-hand textbook. The sylaabus might be different, but it can't be too different. -
