Okay...broke up with my girl a few days back...we've not been together for that long a time..but still..
It came out of the blue. I was working when she msged me. "I've thought it through, to be fair to you. I want to know who matters to me most now. You treat me well, i have nothing to complain...but you love me more than i love you."
Upon further probing, i discovered she still thinks of her ex, a 29 year old unemployed bastarrd who left her when he found out she was pregnant with his kid. She aborted in the end. I knew about this before we got together. I didn't mind.
What baffles me is, how could a girl still have longing for a guy who treated her like that? Is it really true that "nan bu huai nu bu ai"? I don't hate her. I'm just bloody disappointed. If she really wanted to be fair to me, she wouldn't have agreed to be with me. Sigh. -
She still have not matured to a level you prefered. You have to let the whole thing go. No point asking these since you 2 are not together.

Her feelings towards you are not high enough to forget him.
You knew you were the rebound guy and you still wanted to be the victim unwillingly.
As I have said before, there are women who don't love guys but still stick to them like glue. Why?

Next time when you get a new girl, make sure she completely forgets the old guy.

If a person left a r/s.. they will somehow miss their ex-bf or ex-gf... quite common.. but to u i know u felt slighted.. its okie.. well, i could see that she knows that you are loving n being true to her...

We got together quite a few months after they broke up. And to my knowledge, (yes i got ears everywhere lol) she's still single...i'm just adopting a passive wait-and-see stance, cuz i really like her quite abit and hope we can get back together again, but all my friends tell me to just give it up, ain't worth it.
It's been a long time since i got into a relationship, i did so cuz i was sick of playing around..guess this is my karma. lol.. -
bro, i can understd how u feel... sometimes i think it's rely a crazed, farked-world. I'v a fren who's also inexplicably in love with an unemployed, uneducated, glue-sniffing stupid ah-beng. That useless jerk is practically living off her, & still treat her shabbily...
Despite all that u've done, and i know u were hoping that all ur effort would hopefully bring about a happy ending, sometimes thing jus dun go ur way.
my heartfelt advice is to forget abt this gal.... she's jus AIN'T worth it! given her character, i've seen so many gals like this, i somehow foresee more probs coming ur way even if u can resolve this issue this time.
There are jus these weird people who has this "what u can't get is somehow better" underlying mentality... she would always pin, long for that farking jerk who hasn't given her nothing but agony. She believe this is true love, although medically, we would call it "psycho-delusionary"..
pardon my harsh words... i've seen so much nonsense, so hoping u would save urself from unnecessary agony. but then again, i know it's hard for u to forget this gal no matter what ur frens or ppl here advice.. it would take time & ultimately ur own resolve...

I feel it's better to be crude than beat around the bush and tell you nice but fake things. As someone said before, things of value will not sound very nice.
I can tell you this is more or less dead status. Resistance is futile. She just can't forget her ex.
Let me tell you something also. She is not good for you. Any self-respecting girl would not allow a guy do this to her. A strong girl will not allow a guy to this to her. Find that strong(not physically but high in self-esteem) girl. Long-term wise it will be good for you.

Since it's less than a month - I think that reasoning is merely an excuse to break up. I mean, it's easy to refer back to an ex which one cannot forget because you can't really prove that, can you? That is an easy excuse. And especially since she is still single and hasn't went back to her ex?
