Feeling down, in a lonely world now

  Sorry i suffered a diarrhoea and just recovered from it. mm, its heartwarming to see so many people giving encouragments and hopes. Yes you all are right, i am young and after my ankle op i can give my all to my family! I not sure why but after reading you guys replies, my mind is clearer. Before that, i was all in e pit hole, don't know what to do or how to react etc..

  if you feel indebt, than just contribute back to the forum when someone has similar experience than it will seal the deal.
  
  actually many of the people here just help for they enjoy helping, don't really need to feel indebt to sgforums at all.
  
  have a healthy body and it will keep you in a better health to earn more money for your family memebers.

  Nothing wrong with crying out loud. I was like you, I tot it wasn't a man thing to do. But after talking to some of my friends, I went to a corner and just sat crying for like 10-15mins. Felt alittle lighter after that. nothing wrong with crying, for we are all human.
