the only way to not eat so much is to go sleep. but then i just got scolded this morning for sleeping too much also
erm....exercising makes me eat more
and dont tell me to eat salads all dayif you come to my school, you will figure out that the salads arent healthy either
and i will REFUSE to go on one meal a day

im already cranky enough even though i take so much carbs and cutting down on it will result in...me becoming some psycho angry crabby asshole. i eat because i AM hungry. not because im bored and have nothing to do

firstly, don't cut down too much first.
1) Now u are eating 5 meals a day... u can still eat 5 meals a day, but try to keep it smaller...it really depends on how much is your 'full' meal but try to cut it at least by 1/3 or 1/2.
Remember you are still eating 5 meals a day. if in between meals you still feel hungry (cos your body is used to eating huge amounts a sudden cut may take it a while to get used to), try eating 'healthy' snacks... i recommand fruits.
2) when eating the last meal of the day, keep it to the minimium (you are going to sleep soon after the meal, hence if this meal is heavy, it'll make u put on more weight)
3) cut on carbs, oily food. if you LOVE e.g. KFC, treat yourself to a KFC meal a week. (or if u can manage it, once a month)
4) when you get used to eating 5 smaller meals a day, slowly transit to replacing one of the meals to fruits, yogurt, cereal, biscuits, etc. (and when u are ok with that change, slowly reduce again.... etc.etc.etc)
5) that's on food. keep in mind that you can still treat yourself every now and then... just not too often. Exercise, take it slow.... start by going for walks... then slowly change it to brisk walking, and then a jog. once a week to twice to trice.... etc.
Do not push yourself too hard.
sit down and make a list of the norm food you eat. put them in 3 columns. (can eat freely, can eat, and try not to eat.)
for e.g. vege, yong tau fu, fish stuff all 'can eat freely'; eggs, cakes, sausages 'can eat'; KFC, fried food, curry 'try not to eat'.
but i realised that i do not particularly enjoy sausages and eggs, so i rarely touched them, and i eat maybe fried chicken a max of once a month.
just be concious of what u put in your mouth.
