Well its like this, my friend told there was this guy who really like her, and she really like him too. But she wonders whether there is a need to like become gf and bf. she asked me if it was necessary. Cos she said, why cant they just like each other and be contented with it? Whats the purpose of becoming gf and bf?

let her know ur feelings, if can progress then ask later? if not then nvm lohz. unless u think afetr u ask, she might start avoiding u etc and u dun want to lose her as a friend then also dun ask. but if both parties matured, just let her know.

It is a damn huge mistake to make someone your gf especially in the long term even if you two are attracted to each other physically initially.
