1) just let her be.
2) ask her where is she going and accompany her.
3) get upset and worried.
Easy - you want her to past her exam then let her go and study alone.
If you want her to fail , then go and distrub and distract her ... anyway one she fail , she & her family will blame you and you free to find another girlfriend.
