  I haven signed up for the Standard Charted marathon in sept/oct period and since have been WANTING to prepare for the 21K run. BUT until now I have only ran once. Soccer not counted...
  
  And the run is on this sunday. I am prepared mentally and spiritually BUT I am not that prepared physically.
  
  Tell me: am I going to die trying or die whining?

  if you have not trained, then i suggest you not go and run...
  if not after the run you will REALLY be in agony...

  go for it man! slow jog lo...u will be happy if you go. However, if you think physically cannot, go for the next year! use this motivation to train from now till then!

  Cannot be the first then be the last la... Take yr time to complete. 10 hrs enough? LOL!! Imagine Organiser and everybody will look and clap for u to complete. Most importantly no cramp and physical exhaust by running that long.
