  Ok, heres da details: Running for a long distance is, as usual, aching the muscles in the leg. The weird thing is my arms, abs and lower back muscles is aching too.
  
  And one more thing: You must have a very GOOD pair of running shoes before attempting such a long run. I use koyak shoes and I injured my left ankle in the run. I finished it but the pain is
