  i think you are talking to the wrong audience, most of the forum users here still cannot afford house yet, maybe only a small percentage.many of them here are still very young , how old are you?

  Do you usually call him a lot? i called him 7-8 times in 2 weeks plus, and all 7-8 times not answered. i will say i dont call him very often, what do you think?

  I only call him after work. In fact some of the time it is not that i call him, i was just returning his calls that i missed.
  
  he will usually return my call 20 min to 1 hour later. The longest was, he called me at 8:45pm, and i returned call at 9:15 pm. but he didnt pick up the call, but only returned my call at 11:30pm.
  
  i didnt ask why he didnt return my call earlier. Gave up asking.

Think seriously and carefully about the relationship.
  
  And oh, the best time to call him is any time that catches him off guard (yup including office hours, lunch/dinner hours and bedtime hours). How he responds is telling about his secretness or openness and attitude toward you. When someone is true to you, they won't be afraid to answer your call openly and they won't call you back later most of the time.
