  Ya lor , asked out just now, than she say she still in CCA, but later saw her near her house there with her friend

  Don't think so leh, when she walking back home with her friends, she sms me leh, than after that she said she will be going to the place near her house with her house buy things , i also blurr liao, think next time on MSN try to chit chat.

  Talked to her today after school, but i just asked her, "Going home arh?" in a very sweet and innocent look , than she said "Ya"

  Ask her out for lunch after school. Start small, don't pressure her by asking her out on special occasions first.
  
  Just hang out and let it develop. You have not even gone out with her yet, so don't jump the gun.

  hmm for me, i would send her some sweet smses now and then. girls usually would love to receive sweet smses now and then. thats how u play with the element of surprise with her. this would give her a better impression of you. from then on, it would be easier to ask to meet up, or talk on the phone. good luck.
