WTF is with her?

  I've got a best(est) friend during my secondary school days. Have just graduated. Once I had a major quarrel with her and it ended up that we weren't talking after that around my prelims period.
  
  After O's, I decided to apologise and hopefully we can get back together again. We started minor minor chats, but I know things will never be the same. She just don't seem to forgive me. During prom night, I plucked up my courage and asked for a photo with her. She agreed.
  
  Now all of a sudden, she just dont wanna talk to me anymore. Countless sms, calls and msg on MSN, she just dont wanna give any reply. Her female friend did talk to her though.
  
  So WTH are these kind of girls thinking? I've been begging like f*ck for that photo I took with her during prom night because the photo was taken with her camera. Why could she forget all the wonderful times we had together so easily? She once told me she treasured me a lot. Those memories really kept me emotional all these while. Those memories, I promise you, are as good as though we're really together as steads. So WTH is she thinking?

  Kind of. But I really treat her more as a friend all the while. We relied on each other a lot, and suddenly, she's gone.

  Give her as much time as she needs... Go easy on her if you treasure this friendship yuo have with her.

  But I dont think there's time left between us if things carry on like this. I'm going JC and she's going Laselle. No chance of communicating at all..

  or that quarrel had been so ugly that it 'disfigure' the beauty of the friendship already? or she feels awkward after that big fight? it happens to me. if i feel awkward, and i cant overcome that awkwardness, i may give up a friendship, cos it is never the same anymore.

  Sighh.. What hurts the most is that it takes really soooooo damn long to build up this ideal and solid friendship. My friend see it as a very solid one. But yet, it's still broken so easily.

  a few years back, i gave up a friendship over a quarrel. many months later, i met the girl again, we are now friends again.
