TS you said you feel jealous when you see your friends having a GF while you don't have one. so exactly how long are they together with their GF? one month two months? 1 year 2 years? not many can last long. people still do breakup after 3-4 years.
if you just need a girl to show concern and talk to you and all, you don't need a GF. a close female friend will do. but judging from how desperate you want to get a GF before NS, you might fall for your close female friend.
anyway not exactly that you don't have much chance to get a GF. do something to expand your social circle. and when i say that i do not mean you go to church and join some youth group get your friends to introduce you some girls. or better still organise a group outting mixture of guys and girls that is.
btw are you from an all boys sec sch? you're in poly or smth now right? -

well, u dun need to have gf. At the age of 18 , it is normal not to have one.
u can have friends to care for u. Female or male also can.

u think its all roses, sweet nothings and walks together in the sunset? more often than not, you will find all your bad habits coming out.
1st relationships area always a time for you to discover more about yourself and then work around your faults to be a better man. and unless the girl is super patient, the r/s often won't last.
anyway i urge you to be patient. right now focus on yourself, revel in the fact that all your money is yours alone and time also. -

Why do you want a girlfriend for?
To fill your emotional void? To prove to the world you have the ability and capability to get a girlfriend?
Or is it because you think it's fashionable or "in" to have a girlfriend?
That isn't love!
The way I see it now, you want a girlfriend because of one of the three reasons I've listed. Which, I think, is actually very harmful for both yourself, and your future spouse.
One does not force love to come.
