For 3), I'm still trying to find some facial foam which is quite effective. And I dont use facial mask. Must I use it? Cause it's rather costly I believe.
For 6), yup.. I do it. In fact my mom makes me drink one cup everyday.
Vegetables should be a priority... Do you know that water enters our bloodstream faster if it's in the food we eat than if we drink it? And what food is richer in water content than fruits and vegetables.

Good skin = healthy eating. Take it from a woman's point of view (browniebaobao)
And like what Detoxify said about the importance of cleansing the blood... (you don't have to go for dialysis... :p) Just eat more water-rich foods.
Broccoli, capsicum, potatoes -- yum!
Spinach, asparagus, mushroom -- wee!
Pumpkin, cucumber, bamboo shoot -- makes good soup!
I met this super health conscious South African man who looked 39 yrs old. But when I asked him how old he was, he said 51! OMG, I thought.. I asked him what's his secret?
He said he eats salads, lots of greens. For breakfast something like oats and bananas blended. He eats wholemeal bread and the only type of meat is fish.
I asked him why he's so paranoid...

He said he has a fear of getting stroke, so he wants to keep his cholestrol level down. So I asked him, "Have you ever been diagnosed with high cholestrol?"
He said, "No..."

Oh by the way, LOLs, you can try this facial mask

It's a deep cleansing clay mask for acne prone skin. I think it's about $10.
Really good for extracting sebum from oily areas of the face.
I've used it to good effect.
