Sleep with your head at the edge of the bed, place the part of your head (the part which is slightly above your neck) at the edge of bed. Stretch your arms apart and take a few deep breaths to relax. This works for me most of the time. Reason why the cable programme recommendqa this method is because more blood will be circulated to the brain and when this happens it helps the brain not to think too much and thus able to sleep.
i lie face down on top of pillow. of cos face turned one side lah for breathing purpose

i get to sleep faster than with the normal sleep posture (back straight).
sometimes i go swimming after which i'll get super tired and fall asleep easily. but energetic exercises like swimming and running shorten my sleeping time and i wake up 1-2 hrs ahead of usual waking time
