  Since it's the TS's idea, I think it's only fair for now that he should be the one to decide and finalise the planning...? If I should appear, I shall be just a participant...

  Yeah... I do suggest you try to collect contact numbers from interested parties 1st.. Put down a list of confirmed parties and another of 'to be confirmed'...? Set a date (14th Feb?), time, place for meet up and the rough programme(s)..?
  
  And YES... PLEASE start another OFFICIAL thread once you've got the programmes up!

  If you're really keen and sincere in organising an outing, you should put in more effort and come in more often...? Especially when you've acknowledged that you're relatively inexperience in all this...?
