  I meant that she might have rejected you because she thinks you are not sincere. Just take it easy and sms her. Simple things like "How are you today?"
  
  "Happy CNY" and keep on doing it even if she does not respond.
  
  If she responds then call her, then ask her out... step by step so you don't frighten her off and at the same time show you care.

  I've done all that and can say got pretty good response.
  The problem is, is she being an extra friendly girl or have i succeed in winning her heart? How to tell?

  Just treat her the way how you would treat your girlfriend. Let her feel extremely comfortable together with you. Don't have to ask her to accept you again. Give her the feeling. Once she's happy with you. What else can you worry about? The problem with guys is we're too worried about where we stand and want affirmation most of the time.

  step by step... first you hold her hand and see if she pulls away... if she does, try again the next date.
  
  If she walks close to you and her hand is like touching and not touching yours as you walk, then grab it!

  So wad i do now is to give her the super extremely comfortable feeling and indirectly tell her, "I love you"
