Granted that you have been through depression, and in your point of view, this thread could not help...
but then again, what would?
what kinda thread would help the depressed you then?
what words would help?
what can a person via a forum do to help?
the answer is....
Practically nothing...
we can only try to help those who may be ENTERING depression, to try to set things into perspective.... or those who are reaching out..... for help, for gentle words....
Pls UNDERSTAND that the TS is only trying to HElp. that he probably did help some....
it might not be the way you liked to be helped back then.... and maybe the TS may not have helped much....

BTW I'm already not depressed thanks to help from people in school and medication.

I agree with the TS that ALMOST ANYTHING is DEBATABLE... Sometimes it also FUSTRATES me to be wasting my time trying to 'clear names' or on the 'unneccesary' administratives INSTEAD of putting myself to POSITIVE USE...
I don't think the TS's INTENTION and what the TS has posted warrants him to be PICKED AT like that.. I certainly won't even put the blame on him if a very clinically depressed patient come across what he has posted and so decided to commit suicide like what inappropriateness you have suggested...
BTW if you say life is what meaning you make out of it, won't that mean if you tried all interpretations but still came to the same conclusion that dying is best it means people should kill themselves?
And I'm glad that you realise that stickying this thread is just showing more people how illusioned you are about life.
