Relax.. if staying up a few hours gives u so much discomfort, I'd say u're living a pretty darn comfortable life right now..
It should go away as you grow older.. unless you continue living so comfortably.
I used to feel completely f---ed out of my mind if I stayed up overnight.. my clock just couldn't adjust and my body'd give me hell. Now that I've gotten used to it, it's like a normal thing. -
wow...everyday muz slp by 10 or 11? this is the first time i heard.....Wahaha.... Then lik tat where got life..... If go out wif gf, then by 9 have to go back home? Think u will be dead if u have my job(shift work)....
reunion dinner: after dinner, went pool wif fren till 3...sleep at 4....
chu one: wake up 8am, visit relatives, go visit dad's frenz house till 10pm..then prepare go work ...work from midnight till next morn...
chu two, come back home slp at 11am till 3pm, go my grandma's hse then watch movie wif parents till 11pm...then go work from midnight till next morn...
chu 3, come back slp from 10am till 3pm, go out wif frenz go play pool, dinner, river hong bao, then report for work....
chu4, come back slp till 7pm.....finally got off!!! yea.....
chu 5, on com c ur post, LOL till stomach pain....
Though my body clock is in a mess, but its fine for me.... I dun really like office hours jobs....need to wake up early in the morn...sian.... -

haha dont worry about this too much when u go ns, after doing alot of shite the whole day, the moment u lie on ur bed the next thing u know is time for lights on!

i can go without any sleep for 2 day with my alertness... the 3rd day i no sleep i become very tired liao...
i dont get such thing with not enough sleep... i just need to sleep 4 hours per day to regain my full alertness... si guan jui hao... lol
you cant sleep at nite cus you sleep in the day... just tahan for one day, and you will feel damn sleepy when nite fall... have a nice sleep til next morning...

There was once I was playing online game until 2 am..
After 2 am , I decided to slp le..
Who knows , I toss here and there until 3am+ still can't get to slp..
WTH !!! I'm working 12 hrs duty shift in the later morning at 7.30am leh..
After 4 am le , seems like I really can't get into slp..
Decided to continue playing online game till 6 am and get to prepare to work le..
Dam , feel so slpy while on the bus -.-"
Ard 2 pm ( my rest time , 1 hr ) I was slping until like nv ever slp so gd in my life ever.. -

If u say parents ask u go...u can take short naps during the journey,it really helps -

i just endure another 3 day without sleep except a few min of sleep...
thurday nite play online game til friday go sch...
friday nite go work...
saterday went to play bball during 'sport' outing...
then after go work... after work sleep from 9am to 12pm then go play bball again...
then til now haven sleep...
lol...
