  I've already give my views on what a moderator should or should not be. Also, like I mentioned, the incident involving him and your gf has no bearing on whether he is or isn't moderator.
  
  You would warn others of him even if he wasn't the moderator.
  
  For example, if you found out and could prove I'm such a crocodile/snake/whatever, you would do so right?

  The nick in bold, which is Jason, is the creator.
  
  So... technically, this is not their forum. This one everybody has to be clear.

  correct , same the country dont belong to the police force
  but the are still the police..as in they are still the moderator in the forum....
